Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email www.tclpulse.com/pages/return-lookup to initiate a return request and we will assign you a return authorization # (RA#). 2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they in violation of the warranty, are past the 30 day refund limit, or past the 1 year warranty limit.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your TCL Pulse is defective and is covered within the 1 year warranty, the product will be exchanged and shipping costs will be paid for by Amplicom USA. If the product has not been used within the first 30 days after purchase, you can exchange for a different color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
